Engineering Services
The Engineering Division issues Encroachment Permits, Grading Permits, Flood Zone Designation Letters and Elevation Certificates. They also process Parcel Merger Applications and requests for street name/address changes.
Encroachment Permits
Encroachment Permits are required for any work being conducted in the public right-of-way.
