 Plan Submittal Requirements 

Residential Plan Submittal Checklist

  • Minimum plan size is 11″ X 17″ / Maximum size is 24″ X 36″
  • Commercial plans must be prepared and stamped by a licensed design professional
  • Plans must be legible and drawn to scale
    • Structural documents: Minimum scale is 1/8″ = 1′ / Preferred scale is 1/4″ = 1′
