Commercial & Residential Demolition Forms
All demolition projects require the following forms be submitted with permit application:
- GV Asbestos NESHAP Declaration of Notification Compliance
- Demolition Permit Requirements
- Demolition Recycling Requirements
- Asbestos NESHAP Notification of Demolition and Renovation
The California Building Code requires plans be provided for any demolition work that effects structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and/or fire sprinkler systems of a commercial building. (Demolishing Buildings)
