The objective of the Nevada County Historic society is to preserve every source of Nevada County history. The Mining Museum in Grass Valley, the Firehouse Museum in Nevada City, the Searls Library in Nevada City, and the Nevada County Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum are among the society’s famous tourist attractions.
