HOURS OF OPERATION FOR CITY HALL
Business Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.   If you have any questions please call 530-274-4310. The City's Public Safety and Public Works employees are available after hours for emergencies; please call Police Dispatch at (530) 265-7880.

                                 
                     The City is now accepting CREDIT CARD payments
                (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) for the following items:

Community Development:  Building Permits, Copies, Planning Entitlements
Engineering:  Grading Permits, Encroachment and Tree Removal Permits; Bid Packets,
                      Mylars, CDs, Easements
Finance:  Business Licenses, Downtown Assessment Fees, Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT)
Fire:  Fire Inspection and Plan Check Fees
Parks and Recreation:  Facility Rental Fees and Deposits; Special Event Insurance

A non-refundable convenience fee of 2.45% ($3.00 minimum) will be applied to all transactions.  Water and Sewer bills may be paid by credit card, directly to Global Water M-F, 8am-5pm (866) 306-4009 or anytime online at grassvalley.gwfathom.com
                 The City will NOT accept utility payments via credit card.

Effective January 1, 2013, water and sewer rates increased in accordance with the rate adjustments approved by City Council in 2007. This increase was scheduled for January 1, 2012 but was delayed to ease financial impact to customers. If you have any questions on your bills, please call customer service at 1-866-306-4009.
