RETAIL SHOPPING SURVEY The survey has been closed - THANKS TO ALL who took the time to complete the survey. The feedback has been positive! We will present the results and findings of the survey and focus group sessions at the June 25th City Council meeting. For those who indicated interest in participating in a focus group by providing their contact information, electronic invitations will be sent Monday, May 13th, requiring RSVP by May 17th. For those that did not include an e-mail address, an invitation will be sent by mail. Effective January 1, 2013, water and sewer rates increased in accordance with the rate adjustments approved by City Council in 2007. This increase was scheduled for January 1, 2012 but was delayed to ease financial impact to customers. If you have any questions on your bills, please call customer service at 1-866-306-4009.
