Pursuant to Section 12054 of the Penal Code, in addition to the fee established by the department of justice of the state, a fee of three dollars is fixed to be charged by the police department of the city for processing a new license or for the renewal of an existing license to carry a concealed weapon, which additional fee shall be transmitted to the city treasury.
