A.    No person shall urinate or defecate in a public place or in a place which is open to public view in the city of Grass Valley.

    B.    Violation of this section constitutes a misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine of five hundred dollars or imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed ninety days. (Prior code § 14-6)
