It is unlawful to operate or sound between the hours of eight p.m. of one day and seven a.m. of the next day a horn or whistle which creates a noise in excess of eighty-nine dbA at a point three hundred feet or more from the source of the sound, except for emergency horns. (Prior code § 13A-12)
