A violation of any provision of Article II of this chapter shall be an infraction as defined in Section 17(d) of the California Penal Code; the punishment therefore shall not exceed the amount specified in Government Code Section 36900 as then in effect. (Ord. 652 § 4, 2005: Ord. 598 § 4, 2002)
