A.    Training Burns. Fire department training burns may be permitted with the prior written approval of the fire chief and Northern Sierra Air Quality Management District.

    B.    Special Permits. The fire chief may issue special permits to authorize burning of allowable combustibles for the health and safety of the public. (Ord. 652 § 3, 2005: Ord. 598 § 3, 2002)
