It shall be unlawful for any person, for the purpose of disposal, to burn allowable combustibles or disallowed combustibles.

    This prohibition is not intended to disallow fires in devices designed for warming or cooking such as patio fireplaces or bar-be-ques. (Ord. 652 § 2, 2005: Ord. 598 § 2, 2002)
