A.    All dogs under four months of age and until thirty days have elapsed following a first rabies vaccination shall be confined to the premises of or kept under physical restraint by its owner, keeper or harborer.

    B.    Notwithstanding anything in this chapter to the contrary, all dogs shall be vaccinated when required by the provisions of Chapter 3 of Division 3 of the Health and Safety Code of the state. (Prior code § 2-46)
