During each calendar year at any single-family residence within the incorporated limits of the city there may be not more than four sales of personal property, commonly known as "garage sales." Garage sales may occur for no longer than three consecutive calendar days during any one of the four permitted sales. Sales shall be restricted to the personal property owned by persons regularly residing in the residence.  (Ord. 473 § 1 (part), 1992:  prior code § 16-23)
