Each carrier shall be equipped with a device to catch horse manure and prevent it from falling to the pavement; all missed drippings shall be cleaned up at the end of each shift. Urine shall be promptly diluted with water or water with disinfectants as it occurs. (Ord. 511 § 1 (part), 1994)
