All permits issued hereunder shall expire one year following the date of issuance and shall be renewed annually. A nonrefundable renewal application fee for each permit shall be set by resolution of the city council. Any ground which would be grounds for denying an initial permit shall be grounds for denying a permit renewal. (Ord. 511 § 1 (part), 1994)
