A.    Application for taxicab stand permits shall be filed with the chief of police.

    B.    Such application shall be accompanied by the written consent required under this chapter, together with a fee of thirty dollars for each taxicab, which fee shall be paid by the applicant before any permit shall be issued under this chapter. (Prior code § 10-83)
