Chapter 5.36 PEDDLERS AND SOLICITORS
Section 5.36.150 Appeals.
A. In the event that any applicant
desires to appeal from any order, denial of exemption,
order of suspension or any other ruling of the city clerk, the chief of police or any other officer
of
the city, made under the provisions of this chapter, dealing with licensees or any other person
aggrieved thereby, shall file written notice of such appeal with the city clerk and such matters
shall be heard at the next regular meeting of the city council, at which time the city council shall
hear and receive evidence, written or oral, upon all matters involved.
B. The decision of the city council
shall be final upon all parties concerned.
C. If the licensee fails to appeal,
pursuant to this chapter, such license shall be revoked.
