Chapter 5.36 PEDDLERS AND SOLICITORS
Section 5.36.050 Registration with police.
A. At the time of making the application
for a license required by this chapter, each
individual person whether as principal, agent, servant or employee who actually engages in
selling, soliciting, vending or doing any other act covered under the provisions of this chapter,
shall register with the police department of the city.
B. Each individual person shall obtain
an identification card showing such registration.
Applicants for police registration cards under the terms of this chapter shall be required to
provide two satisfactory photographs of the applicant, and may be required to provide
