Each application for a license under this chapter shall be accompanied by two prints of a recent photograph of each individual person who shall actually engage in vending, selling, soliciting, peddling or doing any other act required to be licensed under the provisions of this chapter, whether as principal, agent, servant, employee associate, partner, representative, or otherwise, which photographs shall not exceed one inch square in size and shall be a full front view of the face and head only of such persons.
