A.    The company will comply with those technical standards mandated by the Cable Act, §624(e) together with those regulations promulgated and enacted pursuant to the Cable Act pertaining to minimum technical standards for the cable system technical operation and signal quality as amended and updated from time to time.

    B.    The system shall meet all present FCC recommended and/or mandatory technical specifications and all future FCC mandatory technical specifications contained in Parts 76 and 78, and as may be contained in other parts of the FCC Rules and Regulations.

    C.    The city reserves the right, at company's expense, to verify construction as it occurs and conduct a technical examination of the system at the completion of the rebuild to verify that the technical and construction parameters have bean achieved. (Ord. 496 § 2 (part), 1993)
