A.    Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. Each and every violation shall constitute a separate offense.

    B.    In addition to the criminal sanctions provided in this section, the operation of any cardroom in violation of the provisions of this chapter or other applicable laws and regulations shall be deemed a public nuisance. (Ord. 559 § 1 (part), 1998)
