The commission shall elect its chairperson and vice-chairperson from among its members. The director of public works shall serve as secretary and provide necessary staff. The terms of the chairperson and vice-chairperson shall be for one year and shall commence January 1st of each year, completing the term on December 31st of that same year. (Ord. 565 § 1 (part), 1998)
