A.    Members of the city council shall receive the sum of two hundred seventy-five dollars each month as compensation for their services as councilmembers.

    B.    In addition to the monthly compensation set forth in subsection A of this section members of the city council shall receive their actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties as councilmembers. (Ord. 583 § 2 (part), 2000)
