There is hereby adopted that certain code known as the Solar Systems Code Review Manual, 1987 Edition, as amended to date, together with the appendix, as adopted by the California Energy Commission and the California Building Officials, Inc., and all the provisions contained therein, are hereby made applicable within the city of Grass Valley.
