The city has heretofore established a parking and business improvement area pursuant to the Parking and Business Improvement Law of 1979 (Streets and Highways Code Section 36520 et seq.; amended statutes 1989 Chapter 591). (Ord. 450 § 2 (part), 1990: prior code § 6A-1)
