Condominiums, excepting condominium subdivisions, shopping centers and apartment-type developments that have existing street names will, within sixty days of the notice given by the address coordinator showing the address and space or apartment numbers, take down existing street name signs and erect the signs in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.24.020.
