Public parking is prohibited whenever the owner of private property displays, in plain view at all entrances to his or her property, a sign prohibiting public parking and indicating that vehicles will be removed at the vehicle owner's expense pursuant to Section 22658 of the Vehicle Code, the size of the lettering on such a sign shall be not less than one inch in height.  (Ord. 486 § 4 (part), 1992:  prior code § 13-14.1)
