It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to drive or cause to be driven any vehicle upon those portions of public highways designated in Sections 10.44.050 through 10.44.060, in excess of the prima facie speed limit so provided.  (Ord. 486 § 4 (part), 1992:  prior code § 13-11.080)
