Section 10.44.070 Thirty-five miles per hour.

    The city council establishes a prima facie speed limit of thirty-five miles per hour on certain public highways as follows:
    A.    Sutton Way from its point of intersection with the north city limits to its point of intersection with Idaho-Maryland Road;
    B.    South Auburn Street from its point of intersection with McKnight Way to its point of intersection with Empire Street;
    C.    McCourtney Road from its point of intersection with Mill Street to its intersection with the city limits;
    D.    Idaho-Maryland Road from its point of intersection with Brunswick Road to its point of intersection with Sutton Way;
    E.    Idaho-Maryland Road from its point of intersection with Sutton Way to its point of intersection with Railroad Avenue;
    F.    Hughes Road from its point of intersection with East Main Street to its point of intersection with Ridge Road;
    G.    Ridge Road from its point of intersection with the east city limits to its point of intersection with the west city limits;
    H.    Freeman Lane from its point of intersection with McKnight Way to its point of intersection with Mill Street;
    I.    Whispering Pine Lane from its point of intersection with Centennial Drive to its point of intersection with Brunswick Road;
    J.    Crown Point Circle from its point of intersection with Whispering Pines Lane running its entire length.
