The city council establishes a prima facie speed limit of thirty miles per hour on certain public highways as follows:

    A.  East Main Street from its point of intersection with Hughes Road to its limit at the City limits boundary;

    B.  Bennett Street from its point of intersection with Ophir Street to its point of intersection with Highway 20/40 access;

    C.  Dorsey Drive from its point of intersection with East Main Street to its point of intersection with Sutton Way.  (Ord. 619 § 2, 2003; Ord. 509 § 3, 1993: Ord. 486 § 4 (part), 1992:  prior code § 13-11.050)
