Section 10.40.100 Shrubbery obstructing visibility of intersection.

    Whenever the city engineer finds that any hedge or shrubbery growing in a parkway obstructs the view of any intersection, or any traffic upon the streets approaching such intersection, he or she shall cause the hedge or shrubbery to be immediately removed or reduced in height.  (Ord. 486 § 4 (part), 1992: prior code § 13-10.9)
