Grass Valley’s 2003-2008 Housing Element must be adopted by December 31, 2003 to comply with state law. CBA has prepared the following schedule to expedite the preparation process. Based on our experience with jurisdictions of similar size, the approximate time frame for the housing element update would be nine months.
