GENERAL
  1  Park hours are dawn to dusk, except by permit.
  2  No littering, dumping or altering landscape.
  3  Use of tobacco products is prohibited, except in designated areas.
  4  Alcohol is prohibited, except by permit.
  5  Dogs and horses are prohibited in the park.
  6  All vehicles must remain on the pavement or in a designated parking area.
  7  Amplified music is prohibited without a permit.
  8  Fireworks and firearms are prohibited.
  9  Fires are prohibited, except in designated BBQ areas.
 10 Selling or offering for sale any goods or services is prohibited without a permit.

ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS FOR DOW ALEXANDER AND ELISABETH DANIELS PARKS
  1  Use of tobacco products is prohibited.

ADDITIONAL SKATEPARK RULES & REGULATIONS
  1  This is a non-supervised park.  Use at your own risk.
  2  Helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards are required at all times.
  3  Bicycles and scooters are prohibited in the Skatepark.
  4  No food, beverages, or gum in the Skatepark.
  5  No alcohol or tobacco products.
  6  Amplified music is prohibited without a permit.
  7  Do not use the facility if any hazardous condition exists.
  8  Use of the Skatepark is not permitted when the facility is closed. The park will  
      be closed for maintenance when it is raining, snowing or when the surface is otherwise  
      unsafe.
  9  Report all violations, unsafe conditions, graffiti, vandalism, or maintenance concerns to
      274-4350. For emergencies, call 911.
10  Persons failing to comply with these regulations shall be subject to citation, expulsion
      from the park, and/or may have their skateboard or inline skates seized.

ADDITIONAL PLAYGROUND RULES AND REGULATIONS
  1  Use equipment at your own risk.
  2  Do not use when wet, frozen, or during non-daylight hours.
  3  Children must be supervised at all times.
  4  Report any damages, defects, vandalism, or unsafe conditions immediately by calling
      274-4350.
  5  Use the various components correctly. Observe stickers on equipment indicating
      appropriate age use.
  6  Use slides only in a sitting position. Never climb up the slide.
  7  Never climb over barriers, safety rails, or horizontal ladders.
  8  Use all handholds provided.
  9  Alcohol and tobacco products are prohibited in this area.
