Facility use permits are required for any group of 25 or more persons desiring to use a park or recreation facility on a formal basis. Facility use permits are also required to reserve space within a public park. The forms listed below may be printed out and submitted along with the appropriate fees to the Public Works Clerk at City Hall, Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4pm, (530) 274-4373.
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED A MINIMUM OF FOURTEEN (14) DAYS IN ADVANCE (For weekends, reservations must be made by the Friday two weeks in advance of the weekend event.)
FACILITY RENTAL APPLICATION & AGREEMENT - allows the applicant to describe the proposed event and establishes an agreement that the applicant shall be responsible for the event if it is approved (2-sided agreement, both sides must be completed).
EVENT APPLICATION ADDENDUM - if the applicant responded "YES" to any any of the questions in Section II of the application, they must also submit this form.
