The Patrol Division functions consist of, but are not limited to, patrolling the streets of the City, preserving the peace, protecting life and property, receiving and handling complaints by citizens, apprehending offenders, conducting initial crime investigations, preparing reports, traffic enforcement and contacting citizens within their COPP Block.
