On March 10, 2009, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2009-13 approving the City of Grass Valley Design Standards, Construction Standards, and Standard Details; collectively, the "Improvement Standards."

These Improvement Standards shall apply to, regulate, and guide the design and construction of all public improvements, and shall set guidelines for certain private improvements within the City of Grass Valley.
