    Colfax Avenue Infill Study 


    During 2003, the City received a $35,000 Planning and Technical Assistance Grant from the Department of Housing and Community Development to conduct a study of the Colfax Avenue corridor lying between State Highway 20/49 and Memorial Park. The study is known as the “Colfax Avenue Infill Study”. The goal is to evaluate future redevelopment opportunities; connection to the Downtown business corridor; and develop infrastructure and streetscape improvements design.
