IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE NEW 2010 CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODES! If you are an architect, engineer, designer, contractor,                 or other person that performs work within the State of California, please be advised that a new building code in effect as of January 1, 2011. The new building code is based on the 2010 International Building Code (IBC) and it is significantly different than the 2007 International Building Code (IBC).
