South Auburn Street Master Plan involves the 2.5-acre area fronting the east side of South Auburn Street, as located between Colfax Avenue and Bank Street. The purpose of the Plan is to provide the City, property and business owners, and the community with a vision and tools for enhancing the image, economic vitality, development pattern and pedestrian qualities within the Study Area.
