City Administrator

The City Administrator is the City’s Chief Administrative Officer who manages the day to day business of the City.The City Administrator is appointed by the City Council and serves at their pleasure.The City Administrator provides general supervision of all Department Heads, the City Clerk , Human Relations Manager and the Parks and Recreation Superintendent.The City Administrator also provides indirect supervision of all City operations and employees.Representative essential duties include acting as risk manager, developing budgets and agreements, acting as redevelopment executive director and advisor to the Council, finalizing City Council agendas, attending Council meetings and responding to the needs of Council Members, staff and community issues.
