Individuals wishing to submit written information at the meeting must furnish ten (10) copies to the Planning Commission Clerk in advance to allow for distribution to Commission Members and Staff.
7.1 Tentative Subdivision Map and Planned Development (18PLN-36) for the division of a ±1.36-acre parcel into eleven (11) parcels in the Multiple Family Residential, Planned Development (R-3/PD) Zone. The property is located at 634 Town Talk Road (APN: 035-550-003). Environmental Determination: An Addendum to the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared.
7.2 General Plan Amendment (18PLN-42) to the City of Grass Valley’s Housing Element. This amendment is required by the State of California. The purpose of the public hearing/public workshop is to identify and obtain input on housing-related opportunities and constraints. Comments generated at this workshop will be used in formulating the 2019-2027 update of the City’s Housing Element of the General Plan.
8.0 NON-PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS
8.1 Planning Commission consideration of plans for new public restroom buildings in City parks within Open Space (OS) Zones. The plans include two and three stall restrooms. Park locations for the new restrooms include but are not limited to: Memorial Park located at 350 Race Street, Condon Park located at 660 Minnie Street & Minnie Park located at 472 Brighton Street (APNs: 029-030-008, 009-300-001, 029-080-036). Environmental Determination: Categorical Exemption.
