Individuals wishing to submit written information at the meeting must furnish ten (10) copies to the Planning Commission Clerk in advance to allow for distribution to Commission Members and Staff.
7.1 Tentative Subdivision Map and Planned Development (18PLN-36) for the division of a ±1.36-acre parcel into eleven (11) parcels in the Multiple Family Residential, Planned Development (R-3/PD) Zone. The Planned Development designation allows flexibility in the Development Code Standards with respect to lot size, lot configuration, access, etc. The property is located at 634 Town Talk Road (APN: 035-550-003). The project was approved in 2005 and has since expired thereby requiring a new application. Environmental Determination: An Addendum to the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared.

8.1 Planning Commission recommendation to the City Council of the public review draft Energy Action Plan presented by Sierra Business Council. The City of Grass Valley is currently preparing an Energy Action Plan with the goal of accelerating energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water efficiency projects by residents, businesses, and public agencies to reduce their energy bills and increase resiliency in the community. The plan, being prepared by Sierra Business Council, with support from City staff, focuses on energy and water use in buildings and municipal facilities.
