5.2 Development Review Permit (18PLN-55) Development Review Committee consideration of a 26-stall parking lot expansion for the South Yuba Athletic Club in the Central Business (C-2) Zone located at 130 W Berryhill Drive (APN: 08-210-015). Environmental Determination: Categorical Exemption.
