5.0 GENERAL APPLICATIONS FOR REVIEW - The City of Grass Valley Development Review Committee will consider the following applications:
5.1 Monument Sign Permit (18PLN-44) Development Review Committee consideration of the design of a Pilaster monument sign for the Timberwood Estates project in the Medium Density Residential (R-2A) Zone located at 10639 Brunswick Road (APN: 035-480-031). Environmental Determination: Categorical Exemption
5.2 Conceptual Development Review (18PLN-39) for the construction of a ±13,962 square foot research and development building with associated parking landscaping improvements on an approximate ±6.35-acre parcel in the County’s M1-SP Zone. The project is located at 2897 Loma Rica Drive in unincorporated Nevada County (APN: 006-920-005). No formal action will be taken by the DRC on the Conceptual Review Application. Environmental Determination: As lead agency, environmental review will be conducted by Nevada County.
