1. Discussion and Possible Action on Council Policies and Direction to Staff for Preparing the FY2008-09 Operating and Capital Budget and Review of Revenue and Expenditure Estimates in the General Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Redevelopment Agency Funds and Enterprise Funds.
RECOMMENDATION: Provide staff direction as needed to continue the development of the FY08-09 operating and capital budget.
