1. Consumer Fireworks Sale and Use in Grass Valley
RECOMMENDATION: 1)Waive the reading of the ordinance in its entirety and read by title only (requires a unanimous voice vote); and 2) Introduce an ordinance modifying Chapter 8, Section 8.44, “Fireworks”, of the Grass Valley Municipal Code restricting the sale of consumer fireworks to Grass Valley residents only. (roll call vote)
